Crossville

Crossville, Inc. manufactures and distributes premium Porcelain Stone® tile throughout the United States. Backed by world-class logistics, comprehensive technical support programs, and attentive customer service, Crossville’s beautifully designed, environmentally conscious products truly set the industry standard for the domestic tile industry. The brand continues its history of innovation with the introductions of glass, metal, natural stone, and decorative products to enhance its high performance Porcelain Stone® lines.

Crossville was the first to manufacture large-format tile in the United States and is still the innovator today. Crossville’s production facilities are the benchmarks in the industry and it is the first to integrate new equipment and processes. The company has recently completed an $11 million expansion, which included a new R&D lab and a new tile press that allows Crossville to manufacture tile in sizes and shapes previously not offered by domestic manufacturers.

Custom

No matter what the need, Crossville is uniquely positioned to meet it. Not only is the Crossville team willing to respond to special requests, but its corporate structure provides both the flexibility and the resources necessary to fulfill them. The Crossville design and production experts work together to make even the most challenging projects possible.
Crossville understands customers have tight deadlines and the projects don’t slow down to wait for materials. Advanced production capacities combined with industry-leading logistics systems ensure Crossville tile is ready for immediate shipment throughout the United States.

From the first tile Crossville produced in 1986 to the most recent to come off the production line, each has been manufactured in a sustainable manner. Our proprietary recycling systems divert approximately 10 million pounds of pre-consumer waste from landfills each year to create third-party certified recycled products, including Color Blox EC and EcoCycle® Porcelain Stone®. Other third-party certified products include Echo Recycled Glass and Urban Renewal, a metal tile line containing 50 percent post-consumer recycled content. In 2009, Crossville introduced the industry’s first tile reclamation and recycling effort, The Tile Take Back program, which promises to reduce landfill waste by more than 4 million pounds each year.
