Installation Instructions:
Read and understand the warranties on the technical data sheet prior to installation. Follow all wood flooring manufacturer's requirements. Read instructions thoroughly and follow the instructions for "Subfloor Preparation" and for "Trowel Selection" prior to installation.

Subfloor Preparation:
Ensure that the subfloor is structurally sound, smooth, dry, properly cured, clean and free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, plaster, paint, old adhesive, wax, curing agents, sealers, cutback or other asphaltic based residue, and any other contaminant that could interfere with a good adhesive bond.

Newly poured concrete must be cured for a minimum of 42 days before application of WINDSOR PREMIUM™. Moisture testing should be performed on all concrete subfloors according to ASTM F-1869, Calcium Chloride Test. Moisture levels should not exceed 3 lb/1000 sq. ft. for 24 hours.

Trowel Selection
The proper notch trowel is very important in achieving satisfactory results with WINDSOR PREMIUM™. Use of an incorrect trowel will void all warranties.

Installation:
Wearing disposable gloves and safety glasses, open the pail and remove the plastic sheet and any skin that has formed with a utility knife. Apply WINDSOR PREMIUM™ to subfloor with a trowel, making sure the adhesive covers at least 90% of the application area, and immediately begin laying the wood floor onto the "wet" adhesive. Avoid spreading more adhesive than can be covered within 30 min. NOTE: Do not set flooring into adhesive that has
a dry skin. The "open time" of the adhesive will vary according to the temperature and humidity level. The higher the temperature and humidity, the shorter the open time. IMPORTANT: see "Clean Up" instructions below. Good transfer of the adhesive to the wood is essential for a successful installation. Periodically check to insure good transfer is achieved. Light foot traffic is allowed after 8-12 hours and heavy foot traffic, after approximately 24 hours of installation.

Clean Up:
Remove WINDSOR PREMIUM™ spills from surfaces as well as tools and equipment as soon as possible before the adhesive dries. Be sure to remove WINDSOR PREMIUM™ spills while WINDSOR PREMIUM™ is still “wet” with a soft cloth and mineral spirits carefully to not harm the floor.

Handling, Storage, and Shelf Life:

Store in a clean, dry area between 70- 80°F (21-26°C). Shelf life is one year from date of manufacture. To re-seal partially used containers, place a 4 mil (0.1mm) thick piece of plastic right on top of the left over adhesive and close the pail lid tightly.

Health and Safety:

Contains isocyanates. Inhalation may be harmful. Prolonged or repeated skin exposure may cause skin irritation. Do not swallow and avoid eye contact. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap and flowing water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists. If eye contact occurs flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. If adverse respiratory effects occur, move to a fresh air area and seek medical advice. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical advice.
